• Engage in fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any violations.

6. Fair Play Policy

Nexara is intended to be a competitive online strategy game.

The following are prohibited:

• Exploiting vulnerabilities
• Client modification
• Speed hacks
• Automation tools
• Resource duplication
• Multi-account abuse
• Circumvention of game restrictions

Violations may result in:

• Warnings
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Removal of game assets
• Reversal of gains obtained through exploitation

Our decisions regarding game integrity are final.

7. Virtual Items and Currency

Nexara may offer:

• Cosmetic items
• Digital goods
• Convenience features
• Speed-up items
• Subscription services

These items are licensed, not sold.

Virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred outside approved systems

We may modify, balance, remove, or discontinue virtual items at our discretion.

8. Payments and Refunds

At the conclusion of a season, some or all gameplay progress may be:

• Reset
• Archived
• Converted into rewards
• Recorded in historical rankings

Season rules will be communicated through official channels.

11. Intellectual Property

All Nexara content is owned by Nexara or its licensors, including:

• Artwork
• Visual assets
• Logos
• Text
• Game mechanics
• Databases
• Website content

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Nexara without prior written permission.

12. User-Generated Content

If you submit content, including:

• Forum posts
• Chat messages
• Feedback
• Suggestions
• Screenshots
• Community content

you grant Nexara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the game.

You retain ownership of your original content where permitted by law.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including:

• Rules violations
• Fraud
• Cheating
• Abuse of services
• Security concerns
• Prolonged inactivity
• Legal requirements

Termination may result in loss of:

• Progress

14. Service Availability

Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nexara, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Inability to access services
• Account loss
• Data loss
• Gameplay interruptions
• Third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Nexara during the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification
